1st COURSE SOUP OR SALAD - Must choose ONE item for entire group. An additional $10 per person will be added for each additional selection.

Classic Caeser Salad - Romaine lettuce with croutons, homemade dressing and topped with flaked parmesan cheese.

Mixed Greens Salad - Fresh mixed greens with red onion, cherry tomatoes, croutons and homemade a balsamic vinaigrette

Blue Cheese and Bacon Wedge Salad - Iceburg lettuce topped with chopped tomatoes, crumbled bacon and homemade blue cheese dressing.

Caprese Salad - Sliced fresh tomatoes layered with fresh mozzorella cheese and topped with shredded basil, olive oil and aged balsamic glaze.

Zuppa Toscana Soup - Italian sausage and potato soup with fresh spinach and topped with parmesan cheese.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup - Creamy squash soup topped with a drizzle of cream fresh and toasted pumpkin seeds.

ENTREE CHOICES- Must choose ONE item for entire group. An additional $35 per person will be added for each additional selection.

Chicken Fettucini Alfredo - Fresh Fettucine pasta coated in a creamy parmesan cheese sauce and topped with grilled chicken, parmesan cheese and parsley.

Wagyu Beef Burgers served with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and pepper gourmaise sauce. (Your choice of cheese may be added) served with a side of Kettle chips and pickle spears.

Stuffed Chicken Breast - Stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and cheese. Served over warn orzo pasta and topped with fetta cheese.

Grilled Salmon - Served with gorgonzola potatoes au gratin, seasonal veggies and topped with a creamy mustard sauce.

Chicken Parmesan - Lightly breaded chicken breast topped with homemade marinara sauce and fresh mozzorella cheese and served with fresh spaghetti pasta.

Shrimp Scampi - Texas Large shrimp sauteed in a lemon, butter, white wine and caper sauce. Served over angel hair pasta and topped with flaked parmesan cheese.

Mac and Cheese - Chef Kathy's secret recipe of Mac and Cheese with roasted red peppers and topped with sous vide and pan seared pork belly.

DESSERT - Select ONE item for entire group. An additional $10 per person will be added ofr each additional selection.

Tiramisu - Traditional Italian lady finger cookies layered with a silky mascarpone custard and topped with cocoa powder.

Chocolate Mousse - Homemade chocolate mousse served with whipped cream and berries.

Southern Banana Pudding - Rich banana custard layered with vanilla wafer cookies, fresh sliced bananas and topped with whipped cream.

Warm Brownie Pudding served with vanilla ice cream

Terms of Service* More can be added at an extra cost. All cancellations must be done 48 hours of prior booking date for a refund of 80% of the total deposit. Event must be paid in full on day of event. Gratuity is not included but welcomed and appreciated.* I agree to the terms & conditions
